How do I fix the constant error of '119device and sim not compatible' ? It started since I changed my phone.
sounds like you're attempting to us the wrong sim card.
Using a pre-paid Moto G Play I have the same problem. Thinking it has to do with switching to a device other than the one the sim was originally registered through. Not sure but looking for answers myself???
