I know the importance of maintaining strong signal jbhouff! What zip code is this? How many bars of signal are you seeing on a regular basis? Are the places you are referring to indoors, such as your home, workplace or school? Are these difficulties happening in other areas or zip codes?

Noticed this on a Note 3 also.  The reps seem to always ask a lot of generic questions.  "What zip code is this? How many bars of signal are you seeing on a regular basis? Are the places you are referring to indoors, such as your home, workplace or school? Are these difficulties happening in other areas or zip codes?"

Regardless of the answers to these questions, which seem like red herrings, the answers are the same as they were before the update.  People are experiencing these issues after the update and have removed the sim card and done factory reset, (which is time consuming and frustrating and should not be required for a software update).  It seems obvious the update has caused these issues for them and there should be a way to roll back to before the update was installed.
