Where's the free next day shipping?

I ordered a Samsung Edge on 10-14-16.  Didn't get next day express shipping as I'm still waiting for my phone.  Verizon keeps sending me emails and texts to power down and replace the phone too.  Oh, and after I ordered the Edge I got an email from Verizon saying they found a phone I might be interested in..a Samsung Note 7!  Whoops!  Anyone else have the same experiences with slow shipping?

If you ordered after the cutoff time Friday then the phone would ship Monday for Tuesday delivery. It's next business day overnight.

I ordered a black 7 edge on 10/12 and it was backordered until the 14th (which I knew when I ordered) so it shipped out then and we received it yesterday.  From what I see the 7 edge in all the colors are now backordered until later this week.
