Today's Update

I updated my Note 8 this morning and now unable to receive nor make phone calls. It immediately disconnects the calls coming and going. Never had problem before until this new update. Is anyone else having this issue?

I do have same problem after todays update!!!!!!!!!! I can make a call or send a Text but unable to receive any Phone calls from Landline or any Mobil Phone. All incoming calls go straight to the Voicemail...

Did you call Samsung about the problem you are having? I would call and let them know about this.

From what I have read on here and other forums a lot of people are having this problem and I do believe

that Samsung is aware of this problem and other problems people are having after this update. If you do call them could you post on here what they told you so others may know what to do that are having the same problem. Thanks

It's upsetting that a software update has caused such an issue. We want to get to the bottom of this. Have you attempted any form of restart on the device? What does your signal status indicate? And are text messages or cellular data affected? Please provide us further details.

I did restart and turn off more than three times as well as 4G Off/On but didn't help!!!!!!!!!!And Signal status showing 4G,Cellular Data is same as before, only problem is no incoming Phone calls register to the Note 8. All incoming Phone calls are going to the voicemail and recent call are not showing anything!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was not a update!!! Bixby woke me up and told me what I have done in last two weeks!! Why? I didn't ask Bixby???

It’s so critical to have your device working perfectly.  Are you still experiencing problems with incoming calls or any other issues?  Can you tell us more details about what is happening with your Bixby feature?
