Also why do I only have 2 bars for my signal strength in the past 2-3 weeks when I've always had a minimum of 4 Usually 5 bars. The strength level doesn't change no matter where I go inside a outside?

If you use any cloud services like you just said you did then it's is the cloud agent that is taking up that space. You can clear it and any thing you have backed up shouldn't be deleted. Samsung actually removed cloud agent in their newer devices probably because of this exact bug you are experiencing, and I still have it on some of my older devices even if they have been updated after they became aware of the bug.

Freeing up space is certainly important for the performance of your phone, efrommel. Thanks for the additional information. Let’s make your phone work as brand new again and clear all the memory at once.
Please make sure to backup all your important information, pictures, videos and music to the Verizon Cloud http://spr.ly/6582BcXG0 then do a factory reset as per this link http://spr.ly/6584BcXG2 and make sure to disable Automatic Restore while processing the reset as per this link http://spr.ly/6585BcXGN
