Samsung Knox Encryption Software not available

I have a Note 3 and I've been told by Verizon’s Technical Support in a conference call with Samsung Technical Support that Samsung Knox app is not supported Verizon Network. It supposed to be released sometime in the future. My friends works on T-Mobile. Has any got it to work?

Its easy to trash verizon and I don't want to do that because the sales people are great and my phone works EVERYWHERE. But the release and treatment of equipment is the dark spot....I purchased the device and FULL price and come to find out there is no Knox.  What is more disturbing is that the staff has not clue regarding this or other matters along these lines...they were as surprised as I was....no cool

@TheHiTechNomad,

It's great to hear you're enjoying the service with VZW! Having service everywhere you go is definitely a plus!

Samsung`s KNOX is a security software that runs silently on the device and isn`t actually an application that can be opened or manipulated. You can visit http://bit.ly/WF5i5u for more info. What questions or concerns do you have regarding your new phone?

Thats bull and you know it. Why does my boss t-mobile Note 3 or my friends sprint have it as an app? Verizon should be ashamed for removing functions that belong to the phone and the people who purchase the phone.

Jeter.  Don't worry.  Let me tell you the truth about all this..   KNOX, kernel, Verizon bootloader, samsung bootloader is all locked into one. Knox is disable from verizon bootloader taking over the phone..

One thing, unfortunately, about Verizon is that they usually cancel or remove things from the new cell phones they are going to sell. If you check past notices on all the latest phones, you'll find that one gripe is that something is missing. My gripe, even though Samsung showed it on their video, is that on my browser, Chrome, I can not use hand gesture or eye movement to move the pages up or down or sideways. However, all that said, with enough customer complaints, Verizon usually renegs and introduces these missing items.

And yes, everything concerning gestures is checked, I didn't miss anything.

I have only ever seen the hand gesture and eye movement demoed on Samsung's browser "Internet," not Chrome. S-Pen scrolling doesn't work in Chrome either, but it's Google's browser so I didn't expect it to.

HAHA! I am glad to know that even the support techs on Verzion's end do not know what they are talking about. Here have this a gander:

https://support.samsungknox.com/entries/26275327-How-is-Samsung-KNOX-loaded-onto-a-device-

"Currently, Samsung KNOX comes preloaded on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 edition)."

I hope they have a litigation plan.
