Verizon doesn't give exact release dates... I'm as very frustrated as most Note Edge users since the Note 4 received lollipop 3 weeks ago, and now the Note 3 has lollipop... Verizon needs to trust their new expensive flagship devices all equal...

I don't understand the reason for the delay, especially when other carriers have released the update for the same phone. They should at least communicate to subscribers the reason for the delay. Communication, communication, communication. SMH

Read some of the other posts re Lollipop updates and what it does to their devices. You may be thankful for the delays - I'm in no hurry to have my device tanked by an update.

Yes...I did read a few comments from customers who received the upgrade. I think you're right, the delay might be a good thing. Now, I'm reading how to decline the upgrade. LOL Smiley Happy
