Why does my note 5 tell me to insert a SIMS card when I've never removed it? The data usage on the phone is way high compared to my avg. monthly use however when I login to my account, the usage is normal. Thanks for any help
Your support is here! We want to make sure that your device works properly. That message is a concern because it should only go off if the card cannot be read as in the slot. You can remove and reinsert the card. If it continues, we can test the card at a store to make sure that it's not defective. If it is, we can provide a replacement.
