As the title says, I just received a Note 7 return kit from Samsung and called the number in the leaflet inside to ask them about multiple devices.
When asked if I should put both of the Note 7 devices into the box, they said that I should only put one device into each box and that there will need to be a second box for the other. They also said that I should check with my carrier to make sure that I have another box coming.
How would I go about verifying that there is another box on it's way?
