I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note5. I do not understand how a phone that cost me $800.00 two years ago is now only worth $175.00 (trade-in) today! I am very disappointed in this value loss. How are these amounts figured? It seems like I should have gotten some sort of compensation before this, if it was deemed so overpriced already. Are there any options for me? I have been reading horror stories about customers being told they will receive $600+ trade-in from a VW rep or online and then, once it is out of their possession, being notified that it will less (from$175 to $11.00). I feel like I will be told I have to pay them to take it back!

1) how much is a new car worth after you drive it off the lot?
2) how much of a trade-in do you get when you want to replace a 2 year old tv??
3) in a non corporate store reps will lie to you to make a sale.
no options if you already made the deal!!!
