System 19 update for June2019 fails everytime. gets to 25% and halts. keeps repeating.

big updates using the verizon network time out.....use somebody's wi-fi.

not a big update. never happened before. besides update must be downloaded before install. wifi or lte, it fails at 25% consistently.

5-12mbps is the best you'll see from the network & can be much slower........can still time-out even on a small update.

fwiw; some app updates can be in excess or 30 meg......get a few of those & all won't be downloaded.
