If they both use the same type of charging port or either the micro USB or USB-C style, then yes you can.

Great question, tsterling1962. The Smasung Galaxy Note 8 and the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ both have Type C Charging ports, so they can use the same charging cable. EricaG_VZW

Yes it definitely will. Both device requires a type C charger.
