Folks I just received my fireproof return box this morning via Fed Ex. It is from Fort Worth, Texas and the contains instructions, pair of gloves and the padded "Return Box". The return goes back to Fort Worth Texas and the designated carrier is UPS. There is no insignia of "Verizon" anywhere.
I hope you all soon start receiving your boxes as well. End of a saga.
