I dont know why they stopped doing it but the should bring back in store replacement. We pay extra for the insurance to still have to wait for a phone that you can buy at the store but cant be replacedat the store. Something is wrong with that. I believe they should bring back install replacements because we are paying and should be able to have the phone replaced at the same store we bought it from.
