Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 that I have had since 2018. Today, on July 1 2020, I suddenly stopped receiving calls and now I am unable to Receive calls for some odd reason. I am not able to receive important phone calls and its ruining my immediate future plans. I am beginning to suspect that this is a scheduled development since I paid off my phone. Please help me and allay this suspicion. I have been with Verizon for 3 years and i do not feel like switching carriers.

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having these problems. We always want to keep you connected and make sure you get the service you need. I can assure you that we're glad to help. What happens when someone tries to call you? Do they get some sort of an error or anything like that?
