This is maddening! When I am driving in my car and playing music files from my phone through the car stereo system anytime an email, text message or phone call comes in it interrupts the music play. How does one stop this from happening? This is very easy to do on my iPhone6sPlus. I've ping Samsung multiple times on this issue and each suggestion has failed.

Oh no! That definitely does sound frustrating. I'm here to help get to the bottom of this right away. Has this been happening since you received the Samsung Note 8? Does this happen even if the device volume is set to silent?
