I'm on my third Note 3, and I'm still having issues. Since I got kit kat on my second one, my phone freezes, Bluetooth audio drops in and out, and my phone is just laggy all around. Anyone else having similar issues or ideas on how to fix it? I've done plenty of factory resets, unchecked the check boxes that have Google back up my data and the automatic restore box, and I've formatted my SD card. Getting frustrated because I've gotten 3 lemons in a row and I'm not getting anything other than "Factory reset" and 'Here's a refurbished device" from Verizon. Doesn't Verizon have a lemon policy? At this point, I'd rather have another phone that performs as it should.

Help is here SRisley! I understand your concerns regarding warranty Certified Like New Replacements http://vz.to/uyYF0o and factory resets. Based on the issues you are experiencing those are the options available to resolve. The alternative is to contact the manufacturer and send your phone directly to them for repairs. I would like to try a factory reset once more but this time make sure to UNCHECK Automatic Restore at step number 3 at this link http://vz.to/1lWXqsc Keep us posted.

SRisley I know that it can be tough having multiple issues with your device. We apologize for the inconvenience and we'll do everything we can to help! Have you noticed the phone freezes with a particular activity? Is the connection dropping with more than one bluetooth device? When completing the reset, did you immediately restore all your info back to the device?

It honestly will lag terrible, whether I'm browsing Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, or anything. My notification bar will lag when I'm pulling it down to see notifications I have, when I'm looking through the Play store it'll lag. My Bluetooth will lag when I connect to my car and my Sony speaker. I'm just frustrated because I've been told I would get s different model because of my frustrations by a Verizon salesman, but I've been pretty well blown off by tech support. I've been told to just reset my phone or if get a refurbished model, but my phone is just not acting like it has a beefy processor in it. What are my options here? I'm not really interested in another refurbished phone.

I have done that. I unchecked the 2 check boxes about backing my data up to Google. I even formatted my sd card and it did not help. I hear there is a bug fix coming from Samsung for my device, do you know anything about that?
