Galaxy Note 2, while on fb, calendar or web, lots of advertising is coming on it. How can I get rid of them?

I have a Note2 , and while on fb, calendar or web, I am receiving lots of advertising and is very annoying.

I have the free version of Avast on my mobile and I am always getting asked to upgrade to get rid of them.

I do not. Any idea how to get rid of ad's?
