Email question

My personal email shows up in the inbox but when I open it up it's blank. I also have my work email on the phone and its is fine. Phone is a Note 4. This started about 3 days ago. Has anyone had the same issue?

Blank emails are no good! Lets get your full email back. What is the current software version on the device (settings>about phone>software/build version).
Is this occurring on all emails or just new emails? Does the email have an error ( for example, "downloading from server") ?\
