When I asked about the auto restart, I was told that feature was never on the note 7. I didn't bother arguing with a representative that clearly did not know what he was taking about... This makes me want to leave Verizon. They seem to do this with a lot of other phones... Why?!

@wraith2k You will never be able to unlock your phone. You will be stuck with this unless you return your phone. Verizon and AT&T both locked their boot loader so there for you can't unlock it ever without bricking the phone. I'm debating on returning then buy a Sprint phone outright then putting it on Verizon. Seems the only way around this.

I was told by Verizon that if you buy a phone from them it is Unlocked

I emailed the higher ups and I wasn't really thinking i would get a email back from them about this but here is what they sent me.

IDK, I've had Verizon's Note 3,4,5,7 and never saw this feature...what's the advantage?
