Can I switch numbers between an old device and a BOGO promotion note 9?

Hello,

I have three lines in my account; A, B, and C.

B and C are on the BOGO promotion for galaxy note 9 and, I am getting the promotion discount on B now (C is a newly-added line for the promotion).

In this case, is it possible to switch numbers between A and C without loosing promotion benefit?
