Can I access my verizon cloud from my computer to see what has been backed up?

I have moved all apps that can be moved to the sd card, but I still only have about 50 MB free in the internal storage.  Would doing a hard reset help and if so, how to I do that and restore my phone's files?

Can I access my verizon cloud from my computer to see what has been backed up?
