Why is it that when I'm on a call, and I get another incoming call, the 1st caller hears the notification of the incoming Call? This is intrusive and annoying. I should be the one to hear the call waiting notification....not the person I'm speaking with also. I never had this problem with the Note 4. HELP

We always want you to be able to use your phone without feeling like your privacy is being mishandled. We want to look into this matter to find out what could be causing this issue now. Which Samsung Note do you actually have now? Do you have Ringback Tones installed and active on your line as our member deloused has recommended?
