My Verizon receipt has the $40 prepaid upfront cost listed but no PIN number. I bought Samsung Galaxy S8 prepaid phone from Verizon and was charged $40 initial airtime fee. When I activated the phone, Verizon charged my card $40 again for 1st month. I got double billed! How do I fix this?

That’s an activation fee. You may have activated with an authorized retailer.
