Why can't I add data to my account?

Whenever I try to add data I get an error message:"error 119 sim and phone are incompatible"  Any help would be appreciated.

We want to ensure that you have all the data you need, vodka3557. We can definitely take a closer look at your account to see what is causing this error and help add data. Please follow these steps to reach a representative in our prepay department:

 

1. Dial 888-294-6804
2. Enter 1 for English.
3. Enter your telephone number.
4. Will advise you your balance.
5. Press option number 2 for anything else.
6. Then listen for option number 7 for other options.
7. Then it will ask you to speak your reason for calling.
8. When it asks for the reason for calling enter the number 7.
9. Then press option number 3 to speak to a representative.

 

If you are registered for a My Verizon account online you can also start a live chat with a prepay representative here: http://vz.to/2m73Gjo if that would be more convenient for you.
