Paid bill but no service

I prepaid $50 for July on July 1 when it was due and I'm showing no service. When I called in to customer service I get disconnected when trying to talk to someone. The message on my phone says I still owe for July yet I have a message that $50 has been applied to my account with an end date of 9/29/12. Please help...

Hey capricornjerry1 , I'm sorry your service isn't working after you paid for it. You can call our Pre-paid department at 1-888-294-6804. You can also call our customer service at 1-800-922-0204 and have someone transfer you to the Pre-Paid department. ^KH
