Hello please help me as i recently called in and got my prepaid phone re activated with a new number and added $20 dollars but after getting off the phone with "John" my phone was unable to call customer support or even send any txt messages when it took my money and said i have 0 dollars when i just added the money............. soooo PLEASE help. i added my money with the person on the phone and now it isnt working at all. please id like to get this resolved ASAP
