My husband and I both have the LG Extravert Prepaid and have never had problems sending or receiving texts. However, recently I have sent him multiple texts and he has not received them. He is receiving texts from other phone numbers just fine.

My husband and I both have the LG Extravert Prepaid and have never had problems sending or receiving texts. However, over the past several days I have sent him multiple texts and he has not received them. He is receiving texts from other phone numbers just fine, and other people I've texted have received mine with no problems. We have deleted all of his messages and restarted his phone to try and fix the issue but that hasn't worked. No software updates are available. Our payments are always current. What can we do to resolve this issue? I can't seem to get anyone on the Verizon Customer Service/Technical Support phone number.
