Ok so I renewed my plan at the $45 monthly and it came out of my account (I checked my bank) But now I can't call out and I cant send texts. I can receive them and get calls but that's it. When I try to send it says I have insufficient funds. I called earlier today and they said that my balance being Zero was fine because it went straight to my plan. When I couldn't after that use my phone I tried to call back and I cannot get through to anyone. It keeps saying that it cannot process my call at this time. Keep in mind I tried calling from multiple phone lines of friends. I need help....
