Can't do things on account because it's prepaid?

I think that people should be able to block number from calls and texting, and change their phone number on the website! Instead of having to go through customer service. Also another thing, an issue with getting through to customer service over *611 and online live chat. I can't do either of those. All I get through *611 is automated voice telling me about paying on my account.

Regarding blocking calls and texts, if you use an Android phone there are plenty of free apps that let you do this.
