My home LTE network extender not in service before a few days.
It's blocked at step 8a of 14. I check the error message is
"Failed to reach the Initial Gateway - 141.207.243.235_IKE failure"
I try ping 141.207.243.235, It's a success. How can I do it?

We want to do all we can to help you get the Network Extender working again, LittleLyu. Was this working in the past, or is this the first time you set it up?

So it never worked on your new line/account? Was it ever activated on the new line/account? You have to call and have the MAC ID activated on the line.

We appreciate those details LittleLyu. Was the network extender activated on your new account?

We're sorry that you're experiencing issues with the Network Extender. How long have you had this device? Have you recently worked with our technical support team? I'm asking because you mentioned that we may have removed the device information. SheritaH_VZW

@vzw_customer_support , @sheritah_vzw As the poster said, the extender worked on an old number/account and was removed from that one. They apparently trying to use it on a different account/number. They have NOT confirmed the MAC ID has been activated on the new account.
