I know how important it is to make sure that you have excellent service at all times. Have a network extender in your home is the best way to do this and I apologize that it isn't working correctly. I want to make sure that I understand what you are seeing. You mentioned "the screen on the device", do you mean the network extender or your mobile device? Have you recently upgraded your phone or changed any of your settings in any way? Did you upgrade your device's software?
