I am very disgusted with Verizon at this point. I have been waiting for credits since December 2014 for equipment returns and I still do not have the credits on my account. Customer supports sucks. There is no credibility. All I get are excuses. I will be cancelling services with Verizon due to this. All they care about now is trying to get new costumers. The existing customers who built Verizon are being neglected and mistreated.
