I'm unable to schedule a payment. The website will not let me change payment date from the current date - I have tried both to choose from the pop calendars and to type in.

Hello gcf51, being on top of your payments is vital, especially if you are administering your finances. Were you able to make payments before (change the date)? How are you attempting to make the payment (online browser or My Verizon app)? Any recent changes (software update, etc.)?

I have for years scheduled my payment on line from my cpmputer. This is the first month that the site would not let me change the pay date.

That was no a correct answer. I am and have been using windows and chome.

The website worked this morning. This months payment is scheduled.
