I went to the corporate location for Verizon today and they literally had my kid sit outside in a hot car because they would only see "one person" to a rep.  I am furious. I want to know how to escalate this issue. Any insight before I go to social media?

We are so sorry about your experience when visiting one of our store locations, Superfun601. We are here for you. 

 

Due to restrictions with how stores can interact with customers from guidelines for Convid-19, our store locations have limited assistance they can provide and limited availability in how many people can be inside.

 

We will forward information about your experience to our Leadership, we meant only to put in place certain rules to protect the health of our customers.

Why are you running a kid around in the summer knowing stores are not the same during Covid?

All social media would do is cause others to question the same. Most stuff can be done online making a store trip unnecessary.
