I ordered a upgrade on line for extra minutes.

they state thet never got it. but they kept charging me for extra minutes.

I have used verizon for years. it is one of the worse web site to navigate through.

I will be going elswhere real soon!

Which is it? Your post is confusing. Was it an upgrade or a plan change? All modern plans have had unlimited talk time for years. You're not explaining everything.
