I'd like to clarify. If your shipping address is wrong or needs updated, you would need to notify us of this issue so we can get the ball rolling with correcting the address. Delayed shipments are common, but the phone will still arrive at the correct address. You do not need to be an employee or moderator here on the forums to do this.

I did change the ship to address, have screen shots showing it was done. I
did notify within 5 minutes of order being placed, was told a ticket was
sent to FedEx and that it would go to correct address. Tracking information
came out showing going to incorrect address, I called VZ again, was told a
ticket was not done, that person then did it...next day, same thing, was
told a ticket was not generated previously, a ticket was generated
again...was lied to several times by support. I did get my phone 8 days
later. Was also told we will send it overnight from incorrect location,
that didn't happen as well.

It's 3 years later and I am having the same exact issue. Representative ask for shipping address to confirm where phones are shipping to the next day I get a tracking shipping number stating it is going to different out of state address. I took a screenshot of the question and my answer with shipping address. Complete wast of time. If this isn't fixed tomorrow I'm going to Sprint. Ridiculous app support.
