I'm so sorry to learn about this, and I would love to take a look into it. I assure you that your billing cycle date and your auto pay has nothing to do with your signal. Let's figure out what's going on. Is this happening in the same location on any other day of the month? Do you have the device in the same location and you get a good signal? Please elaborate on this for me.
