CharLV08, I want to help get your phone back to it's original working state. I can imagine your phone being stuck in this disabled function is not want anyone would want. Let's work together to ensure we find the proper resolution today so you can make calls and access your VPN. 

 

What make and model device are you currently using? Are you getting any type of error messages that come up on your screen as you attempt to access your device?
