Since this last update my phone is screwed up.

1. Battery barely lasts an hour

2. Slow charging time

3. Wi-Fi problems

4.  Synch problems

5. Phone getting very hot

6. Google play won't update

7. Phone freezing

This is my first time with Verizon and I am NOT happy. I am still having problems with billing among other issues. Anyone have any idea what to do now since this update?

No....will that fix issue. Not great with troubleshooting phones.

I can't say YES for sure. I just know that the issues most folks have been having are often remedied by doing a factory reset.
