I've got quoted around 383 a month for 5 lines with high end phones and high end plans. After discounts, and trade ins I was supposed to be paying around $200 a month.
I have tangible evidence that I was supposed to be getting around $200 a month. Now, Verizon wireless is saying that I will be paying $300 a month.
I went over the bill with quite a few customer representatives that are on the bill department and it seems they're at lost.
I would like to talk to an expect to what happened to my bill. As I understand, my monthly payment was calculated wrong or something wrong happened along the way and I would like to get this fix ASAP.
