I got pidgeon holed into a cruddy device when I was 600+ miles away from home. I was working and on site and my phone died so I was forced to find a replacement. They put me in an LQ Thin Q7 the lady said I have 14 days to return it to her store the next day I was off for Texas and by 14 days I was in southern Arkansas so no way to take it to her store. Verizon keeps saying that I signed the agreement which yes I did but I had no way to remedy the situation.
Here is where loyalty is a joke to them. I've been with them for 13 years since I got my first phone at 16. My mother left Nextel to go to Verizon so that's what 18 years or so. Verizon is always saying they value our loyalty but they never do anything for loyal customers.
We never ask for anything but come on I was more then 600 miles from home and I got pidgeon holed into this device help me out Verizon if loyalty actually means anything to you. Or we will take our loyalty elsewhere.
