Would using a mobile hotspot with the Unlimited Plan work for Netflix or Gaming?

Just wondering how a hotspot with the Unlimited Plan would do with Netflix or gaming.

Hotspot is limited to 10GB before being slowed to 3G speeds.

Each hour of standard definition video is about 1 GB and 3 GB for high definition.

After that you will be slowed to 3G speeds which will cause lots of buffering on Netflix and only show low quality video, and games will increase ping time, which will make playing them harder as everyone else will get an advantage over you.
