I have now been without the right phone for about a month, I accidentally ordered the wrong phone through asurion and I have been using it for the time I have been without the right device. I get calls every couple of days saying the device is still on back-order. The amount of time that my device has been on back order is absolutely ridiculous. Please someone get in touch with me on this problem.

This is an issue with the insurance company Asurion not Verizon Wireless.
