my account has been suspended due to a military deployment. The terms state that I will not be charged at this time. But Verizon continues to charge me. I cannot call to speak with someone about this because my phone is suspended and I cannot make phone calls. I cannot Chat with someone because everyone is busy. And If I do not pay then there goes my credit. So does any one know what else I can do since Verizon has the worst customer service. If I send them a letter via Mail by the time they get it and reply back to me I will be 500 dollars in the hole on charges that I shouldn't have in the first place.
