Why am I being charged for over using data when I haven't?

Miembro

I switched to Verizon just for their internet. Since I live in a little rural area, all we could get was Verizon Home Fusion. So, due to school, we decided to get it. We got the plan that was $60 per month and it included 10GB of shared data. However, it states that the first two months are 15GB and from there on forward it would go back to 10GB. Since I got it during 28th of December, 2014, we were charged for that month. Like really? For 3 days, not even 10MB were used. Then in January, about 14GB were used and now we are being charged an extra $75 for over usage of data. It clearly states that the first two months are 15GB. Why am I still being overcharged??

We surely know the importance of understanding your billed charges! Let's figure this out, together. It sounds like there were prorated charges for prorated data allowance included on this bill. Are you able to see the dates next to the overages? Here's a link that can be helpful in understanding your first  bill http://vz.to/1EWgr3C
