So I had a past due amount and current due amount. I paid these separately but one after another.
Past due was $84.29, current due was $89.90. Both separate transactions and both show up in my transaction history. $174.09 total.
Not 3 minutes later, another charge gets posted for you guessed it. $174.09.
VZW took out $348.18 in total. Effectively billing me twice.
So who do I talk to, so I can get this fixed?
It's concerning to hear this! I want to make sure that we can locate the cause for this. particular issue. Did you process the payment online or through a phone call?
