I ordered a new Samsung S9 2 weeks ago for in-store pickup.  I received an email saying "we'll let you know when you can pick up your order" but I haven't received any notice since.

Also, if I got to Orders under my account, this order is not listed.

But if I log out and search for the order number with the location code, the status is Processing.

I'd like to know what's going on and when I can expect my phone.

HI Gene...these aren't Verizon tech monitored forums but peer to peer.  You'll need to contact customer service to get a status, or, try calling the store you wanted to go to for the pickup..they may have more info for you.
