I switched over to Verizon on 1/13/2017 and bought a Pixel for my new plan. I decided to cancel service before the 14-day window closed on 1/20/2017. I need to return my device, but when I go to my order history, I get a system error. This has been occurring since I canceled my plan. I need to return this device so I don't get stuck with a charge for the phone, but I'm not sure where to get a shipping label. Can this be returned to a Verizon store instead?
