When customers ask for a customer service number, they want Customer Service. People who listen and help you resolve your problem. The numbers provided here and in past information geared to people stateside in the US DO NOT get you to customer service. They take you to "Do you want to make a payment on your bill" or "Do you need technical support."
And -- I know this comes as no surprise to Verizon customers -- the wait times are TO LONG. For a service that isn't what we're asking you to provide.
We want and need a Customer Service support line. Please provide one.
